This page explains how to request deletion of your I Know! account and all associated personal data. We provide two ways to delete your account: directly inside the app, or by contacting us if you no longer have access to the app.
The fastest way to permanently delete your account:
This action is irreversible and immediately removes your account and all associated data from our servers.
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, you can still request deletion. Email us from the address associated with your account at:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include the email address or username on your account so we can verify your identity. We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following:

| Badges and achievements | Deleted |

For legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, we may retain a limited record of purchase transactions (product ID and transaction date, with no payment card details) for the period required by applicable law and by the Apple App Store / Google Play. This data is not linked to your profile after deletion.
